SPRINT: From Remediation to Resilience
Hosted by Be Slavery Free in partnership with Embode, this workshop will help your business set up and maintain remediation processes as part of your due diligence approach to address modern slavery. Recommendations from the Australian Modern Slavery Act Review are for a Due Diligence reporting process. Effective remediation processes are probably the most challenging part of the due diligence approach.
The workshop series will walk you through what remediation means, what it looks like and how you can take initial steps to making sure you comply with legislation and international standards.
Participants will have the opportunity to understand the concepts, engage in case studies together and practice applying the learning to your business issues. It will be important to come prepared and be an active learner!
